VILLA LETIZIA - CASA PER FERIE

Position: Villa Letizia is not a classic hotel in Rome. It is in fact a holiday home or non-hotel accommodation facility run by the Catechist Sisters of Saint Anne, who therefore offer the warmth and courtesy typical of the order. The Villa is located in a quiet district of Rome (Aurelio) where one can find the ideal environment to rest and relax after a day in the city centre. Distances: within 200 metres: bus stop, residential area; within 1 km: church, ATM, bar/restaurant, supermarket, pharmacy, hospital; between 1 and 5 km: metro, train station. Rooms: Villa Letizia can accommodate up to 110 people in single, double (two single beds) and triple (three single beds) rooms. All rooms at Villa Letizia are with private bathroom in the room or private bathroom outside the room. Rooms with bath and/or bidet are limited and subject to availability upon arrival. When booking your stay with Villa Letizia each guest will find a clean room with: a bed for each guest with clean linen and clean towels. A wardrobe, a chair and a desk. A private, clean bathroom with shampoo and soap. Economy rooms do NOT have Air Conditioning. Room cleaning: 1) A thorough cleaning is carried out every three days with a change of bed linen and towels or when the room is occupied. If necessary and on request, towels can be changed at reception. 2) light cleaning is carried out every working day. Respecting the right to rest, cleaning is not carried out on public holidays according to the ecclesiastical and Italian state calendar. Remarks: Rates do not include any local city tax and resort fee that must be paid by the final customer on-site directly to the hotel.
